Beautiful and rather powerful RSS readers which also accepts 3rd-party aggregators.

Readwise

Readwise pulls all of my highlights from Instapaper, Kindle, iBooks and other sources and resurface them regularly.

Anki

Anki is the tool I use for Active Recall and Spaced-Repetition for University or other types of learning.
